A thermal dip coating is applied to this lens to give it a superior scratch coating. This leads to not only enhanced scratch resistance, but also eliminates AR crazing and cracking. When glasses/lenses are viewed straight-on or at a slight angle, reflections are virtually non-existent. Independence® AR COATINGS allow for a truer and cleaner view through the lenses.
